I got in on a Windscribe black friday deal. I've checked my down speeds and they are fast enough. Browsing websites loads pages normally. Once I open up torrent app to download, at first it starts with a large download speed but quickly goes down to something that is dead slow. I used a different app to download torrents and same scenario.
